The HEAD SCIENTISTS dressed as surgeons with scrubs and face masks, descend into the Audience with a portable stretcher bed. They abduct a PATIENT and drag them back on stage where they perform a hideous and bizarre operation during the break down. Then in the last chorus they ripped off their masks and reveal that they’re actually aliens. (Dance of the aliens)
